作為與好友第二次踏足此店,同樣也是在那種美侖美奐而雅致的氛圍中,心里有些躊躇--究竟是選擇鐵板燒還是廚師發辦呢?帶著此種心情,倒不如直接問侍應生來推介,然後得到的答案是鐵板燒;皆因可品嚐到廚師們藉由不同的手藝而用最簡單的烹煮方式--鐵板燒方式來呈現的食物;與好友一致同意後 ,就拿來餐牌研究一番,選定了一款二人前套餐--蝦夷鮑魚鐵板燒,就立即落單;在等待上菜的空檔,與好友邊享受在充滿雅緻細膩的和風佈局邊聊天,在餐廳內的閒情與銅鑼灣街道上的煩囂,有著莫大的對比!侍應生先拿來手作前菜組合--沙律與帶子;新鮮的蔬菜,有黑醋及胡麻醬的提味下,各式蔬菜更顯甜美,由蘆筍到車釐茄到羅馬生菜,都盡是帶給舌尖上新鮮爽脆的質感!而略似半乾的帶子的鹹鮮味,與在口中如煙花盛放的三文魚子交織出綿長的海洋氣息回味;細味一下帶子,其的軟滑質地,略為咀嚼已很快地在口中溶化,十分美妙!另外要一讚的是餐廳盛載食物器皿的精美,前菜帶子的小碗,底部那條小魚的浮雕,細緻而精美!隨後,侍應生端來賣相極之吸引鐵板燒的食材給主理的師傅,期待著將會發生精彩的事情就這麽開始了!這次主理的師傅相對上次另一位,明顯地沒有花式般的表演,反而是以
