To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於有日本豚肉丼進駐香港啦

又有日本店進駐香港啦！已經有2間牛肉丼進駐左香港，今次等到豚肉丼啦！暫時只接受電子付款，環境幾闊落舒適。豚天丼個人認為係即叫即整因為都等咗10-15分鐘，天婦羅炸皮薄又脆，一咬開熱辣辣，即使入面係豚腩肉都唔會好油。豚肉經過日本專家嚴格評級架，獨創天婦羅汁，每一啖飯都有汁架，唔會乾爭爭。除咗豬腩肉，天婦羅仲有南瓜、秋葵、牛蒡同溏心蛋。隻蛋仲有少少流心好有驚喜，拌飯一流！豚肉眼肉眼雖然冇腩肉咁稔，但都唔會好韌，網燒又有另一種味道，燒得好香，祖傳醬汁比天婦羅汁味濃，可能會咸少少。並盛係正常size，如果覺得唔夠食可以要特盛。用電話自己落單，可以升級變定食，會有味噌湯、甜品等。不過我哋唔太肚餓所以冇升級。唔升級都有碟小沙律送架。

豚肉眼
肉眼雖然冇腩肉咁稔，但都唔會好韌，網燒又有另一種味道，燒得好香，祖傳醬汁比天婦羅汁味濃，可能會咸少少。
