係北海道大紅嘅一幻拉麵主打獨創嘅蝦湯拉麵,據說湯底每日新鮮熬製,每次都會用到𝟲𝟬𝗸𝗴北海道甜蝦、蝦油、豬油、蒜蓉同薑蓉精心炮製,好多人為咗一試而大排長龍。一幻過咗嚟香港都有一段時間,聽就聽得多,今日路過尖沙咀分店見唔洗等位就入去試一試喇!我哋叫咗$𝟭𝟮𝟴嘅一人套餐,包括有拉麵、沙律、餃子同埋嘢飲各一。🍜 招牌蝦湯拉麵個碗一放低已經聞到好香嘅鮮蝦味,湯底濃郁又足料。我哋今次簡嘅係幼麵,麵身完整地吸滿湯汁嘅精華,令到咬落去嘅時候滿口都係蝦嘅鮮味。叉燒肉嫩,脂肪同肉嘅比例適中,不過偏薄身小小。🥟 餃子餃子皮薄餡足,外皮啖啖脆口,內餡鮮美多汁。火候控制得好準,煎到底部金黃酥脆,頂部同時保持住柔軟,質感上嘅對比好鮮明。🍤 小蝦沙律小蝦沙律相對平時食開嘅沙律係幾特別。入面嘅蝦仔炸得脆脆甜甜,再加上雞胸肉條,令到沙律不單止清新,仲好有層次。係食完較重口味嘅拉麵後再嘗試呢個配搭會更加調適到味蕾。香港嘅一幻拉麵係環境設計都重現到日本總店嘅氛圍同原木色裝潢,空間闊落。不過佢哋推出嘅款式多數以蝦為主,獨特制勝,唔會刻意迎合大眾口味,所以鍾唔鍾意食好睇個人喜好,未必人人都啱,日師兄就覺得係中間偏上~
