今個月係我同余爸爸嘅結婚週年紀念,於是倆口子就揀左食Omakase慶祝,人大了諗唔到想要咩禮物,都係食野最實際,哈哈!【壽司源】位於元朗大馬路附近,西鐵步行約5分鐘直達~ 餐廳環境寧靜,全部都係吧枱,可以睇到師傅表演~ 店員招呼都好周到和有禮貌~我地點左2個set,分別有前菜、多款新鮮美味嘅壽司、手卷、味噌湯和甜品,好豐富呀!前菜好吸睛、富藝術感,燒栗子好甜美,仲有清新爽甜嘅富有柿,卜卜脆嘅三文魚子,山竹蝦和燒鰻魚,想不到第一道菜已經咁吸引!接著就係一件又一件高水準的壽司,就連旁邊嘅淮山、牛旁和薑都好好味啊~師傅幫我地安排由淡味食起~依佐目肉質煙韌,面頭放了紫蘇花,好美的畫面喔!左口魚肉質軟滑清新~北海道根室產帆立貝加入了鼓油青檸汁,令味道更多鮮甜~而家開始食濃味了。。。師傅話石門貝係咁多種貝類之中最好味的,的確入口好鮮甜,非常新鮮!現在是油甘魚當造季節,一定要試,真係入口好香甜、香滑~深海池魚比較濃味,有辣椒蘿蔔做toppings 中和番~梳子魚燒過再灑上芝麻,兩者味道好夾,個汁好仲清甜,好想再來多件啊~真雪魚可以生食,係銀雪魚啲朋友嚟,佢油份比較重,所以師傅將佢燒過,將油份沉底,再

前菜好吸睛、富藝術感,燒栗子好甜美,仲有清新爽甜嘅富有柿,卜卜脆嘅三文魚子,山竹蝦和燒鰻魚,想不到第一道菜已經咁吸引!

依佐目肉質煙韌,面頭放了紫蘇花,好美的畫面喔!

左口魚肉質軟滑清新~

北海道根室產帆立貝加入了鼓油青檸汁,令味道更多鮮甜~

而家開始食濃味了。。。

師傅話石門貝係咁多種貝類之中最好味的,的確入口好鮮甜,非常新鮮!

現在是油甘魚當造季節,一定要試,真係入口好香甜、香滑~

深海池魚比較濃味,有辣椒蘿蔔做toppings 中和番~

梳子魚燒過再灑上芝麻,兩者味道好夾,個汁好仲清甜,好想再來多件啊~

真雪魚可以生食,係銀雪魚啲朋友嚟,佢油份比較重,所以師傅將佢燒過,將油份沉底,再以辣椒蘿蔔做toppings 中和下~

刺身好爽甜,綠色是蝦子,帶咸香海水味~

秋刀魚也是當造,魚味和油份重,好肥美啊~

長崎縣野生天然大拖羅,又稱蛇腹拖羅,位置是腩位嘅最篤篤,所以比較少有,雖未而家未係時令季節,但都已經好香、好肥美喇!

醋漬青魚有葱花芝麻做toppings,加強層次感~

石門鯛有最肥美嘅鯛之稱,是鯛拖羅, 有乾冬瓜做toppings, 令味道更香濃~

小川白海膽真係令我地回味無窮,大粒、十分甜但不會刺喉~

三文魚子是師傅自己醃漬過的,所以味道好特別,偏甜和有酒香味~

接着是手卷和味噌湯,手卷用料豐富,紫菜好夠脆~

最後食埋呢個豐富嘅甜品三色丸子,有超甜嘅黑糖赤肉蜜瓜和Q彈軟糯嘅三色丸子,無論係顏色和味道都十分吸引,為我地是晚畫上圓滿的句號!

呢晚嘅Omakase為我地結婚週年倍增色彩,更開心難忘,真的很期待下次再來食好西啊!
