Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

兩個耆英放下子女，享受二人世界，簡約地慶祝結婚35週年紀念。已經好幾年沒有光顧自助晚餐了，耆英長輩深明此道，除了太飽難入睡外，一個自助午餐可代替一日當三餐，精明化算嘛！第一次來THE PLACE，主要是為食生蚝而來。生蚝供應不絕，尚算新鮮，當然不是最大隻最肥美的貨式。可能年紀大了，每人只能各吃1打，但都叫回本和滿足。若不好生蚝的，那就要考慮了。另一讚點是餐廳環境舒適，座位濶落，招呼服務良好。Openrice訂位有88折，記得登記，慳返少少嘛！個人較欣賞燒牛仔肉，肉質嫩滑，配上芥末醬，個人吃了4塊。沙律菜買相靚絕，但太飽了只能淺嚐。其他食物普普通通，味道中規中矩啦！沒什麼驚喜或負評的。順便借食評舒發一下婚姻之道，我想起這段聖經，總結幾十年婚姻相處經驗。哈哈！最令我深刻的愛竟然是首句「忍耐」，尾句都是「凡是忍耐」，想互相愛對方，愛到永遠？年輕的讀者，去領略吧！年長的，早已心領神會。「愛是恆久忍耐，又有恩慈；愛是不嫉妒；愛是不自誇，不張狂，不做害羞的事，不求自己的益處，不輕易發怒，不計算人的惡，不喜歡不義，只喜歡真理；凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。愛是永不止息。」哥林多前書 13:
