今日好開心去到中環一間樓上鋪,雖然係星期一,但客似雲來,好多人。先叫個-焗法式地道古也芝士洋蔥湯我覺得個湯好有誠意,佢係有香濃牛尾香味,重要係佢熱度,係將成個湯放入焗爐,令個熱度十足,上面芝士可以做拉絲,而又吾會覺得膩,真係好正。比起平日既餐湯,顯得誠意十足。巴馬火腿提子沙律平日用紅提既沙律真係比較少見,與巴馬火腿同埋車里茄配埋一齊,原來又幾夾,仲好開胃添。法式地道鴨腿配鴨油煎薯仔個鴨腿煎得好香,皮好脆。平日成日食魚,牛,豬。今日選擇了鴨,都係一個好選擇。而個鴨油佢都冇浪費,用作煎個薯角。日本鮮帶子檸檬汁意粉帶子好大粒,仲有成4粒。檸檬汁令個意粉好開胃,個粉量都幾多,酥皮蘋果批配雪糕把蘋果切片再逐片放上個蘋果批再焗一焗 蘋果吾會焗乾 仲好香
