阿女今晚同我去咗一間中環知名中菜館食晚餐,龍味館曾榮獲米芝蓮指南餐盤獎和米芝蓮粵菜指南推介,當然要過嚟試吓,餐廳裝潢時尚有格調,招呼亦週到。推出數款套餐,不同配搭方便客人選擇。揀咗套餐B:宮廷酒爵暖胃湯:以古代酒爵杯形狀的磨砂杯盛載,飲落順喉又暖胃,口感creamy。龍味點心拼盤:龍蝦蝦餃內餡係彈牙爽口龍蝦肉,外皮用金箔封邊,更顯名貴。蟹籽鮮蝦燒賣:每粒豬肉燒賣上面都放有爽口嘅鮮蝦,加上蟹籽口感更豐富。卡邦尼小甘筍:外皮是鹹水角的味道,饀料卻是煙肉和卡邦尼的醬汁。中西合璧,又是另一蕃風味!脆米波士頓龍蝦湯鮑魚海蝦帶子泡飯:份量十足,半隻波士頓龍蝦鮮甜彈牙,鮑魚柔軟爽滑。龍蝦湯超濃郁,每一啖泡飯都充滿龍蝦鮮甜味,加入左鮮味嘅帶子粒,食嘅時候再加啲脆米,味道同層次感都好豐富。紅粉玉露顏色鮮明,番石榴配西米配搭得宜,甜度適中。
