To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行開利東街，唔太餓又諗住坐下，去左奇華茶室食少少野。叫左過菠蘿油，等左成5分鐘先到，上到枱已經甩左4分1既菠蘿皮，有冰鎮住舊牛油，當你以為係即叫即做啦，玩埋外熱內冷咁啦，點知個菠蘿包係凍既，裡面未至於空心，你比d壓力，再咬落去，係會見到內容既，但攞上手係外面硬殼咁，咬落去裡面乾過紙皮係我從出生都現在，食過最絕望既菠蘿油！睇落杯凍奶茶幾正咁，杯又靚，諗住係補償啦，點知一飲落去，澀到以為飲緊涼茶睇下張單真係嚇死人，菠蘿油＋杯奶茶，仲要加一，共$66！！！突然想問自己係去左酒店or去左外國旅行？今年中秋都唔敢買奇華月餅。
