To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

擂沙💬:早三星期預約這久仰大名的牛扒屋,可惜只剩下高枱窗口位。我們倆都喜歡望街景,不過高枱確實細得可憐,僅勉強同時放上幾碟菜餚。惟美食最能打救是晚體驗。前菜選了Yellowtail Tartare ($220)、Maryland Crab Cake ($360) 及Steak Tartare ($260)。三款當中,蟹餅尤其岀色,熱辣辣又鬆軟,嚼著一柳柳豐富的藍蟹肉好滿足。油甘魚他他與牛油果配搭經典,屬常見岀品。反而牛肉他他不似預期,牛肉粒切得頗碎又不齊整,口感較糊之餘,甜甜酸酸的調味未能展現肉香,較為可惜。阿林💬:前菜點得多,所以牛扒揀選了分量較少的Australian Wagyu Tenderloin ($660/225g)。M5等級,油脂感不重,與肉的比例維持平衡,入口不至即化,但從頭到尾都十分軟嫩。吃至最後一塊,滿足感並沒驟降,十分「耐吃」。醬汁更是加分位。店員推介Red Wine Jus,紅酒極為濃縮,香氣四溢,不帶苦澀。還有六種芥末任君選擇,其中香草和黑松露芥末均為自家製作。雖然個人認為辛辣度可以稍為調減,但亦無損其風味。壓軸登場的Apple Crumble ($120),

壓軸登場的Apple Crumble ($120),蘋果軟腍入味,卻仍保持完整顆狀。Crumble脆口,如果多焗一會令其變得金黃會更靚更香。旁邊配了一大碗軟雪糕,上桌時心裡「嘩」了一聲。每吃一口蘋果都佐以一大羹雪糕,吃到最後雪糕還有一半,完全不用客氣放肆狂舀的感覺十分爽快。

這頓飯頗為滿意,消費比上次Rex還低三分之一,心情倍覺愉快。
