黎到多年獲得米米大獎,位於銅鑼灣老字號日式拉麵店,鍾意食拉麵嘅~ 都應該知道吧😎🥢雞白湯拉麵拉麵再加了半熟蛋~ 雞白湯打出獨有的泡沫,令每啖拉麵入口更綿滑。店員介紹原本的魚介湯底加入了特製雞汁,拉麵掛湯同時食得出淡淡清甜香味。雞胸肉都夠嫩滑。 口感猶豫低溫煮熟嘅豚肉~🥢特製低温叉燒拉麵朋友最鍾意食原味拉麵。叉燒舖滿整個碗~ 魚介湯底香濃又唔會死咸。拉麵掛湯入口,回味無窮🥢蔥花牛舌大量蔥花混埋超薄片牛舌,令到口感彈牙又脆口。香口美味🥢雞皮餃子係比較少見,用上整塊雞皮去包住內涵嘅餃子,雞皮煙韌帶脆,好味🥤日本蜜桃汁/ Mitsuya Cider兩款來自日本嘅汽水~ 桃汁似足原隻鮮榨入樽,Cider就似乳酸味汽水~ 兩款外面都比較少見,值得試試
