不定時都會嚟食,今次兩個人嚟食,大家都叫咗限定醬油拉麵,店員之前招呼唔錯,細心仲怕我哋熱,幫客人選擇一啲交涼嘅位置。麵到,蛋熟咗小小,豚肉正常,雞胸較熟,可以淋返少少就好,湯低不錯但可以熱一點,但好似冇上次咁濃味,今次就不過不失啦☺️上次嚟食限定醬油拉麵,好食啲,豚肉熟度到位,雞胸嫩滑,湯低飲晒,正!!希望下次嚟食返最好嘅水準,不過今次廚師唔同咗,唔知有冇關係,不輪如何,大多時間嚟都係好食嘅,加油 continue reading

拉麵Jo由居港日本人開設,曾多次獲得米芝連必比登美食推薦✨主打九州熊本風的豬骨湯拉麵,餐廳以吧枱為主,可睇到師傅煮拉麵過程,入到餐廳就好似返到日本一樣,掛住日本拉麵既朋友快啲去試下🤩🔹蒜油豚骨(幼麵) $93配料足夠,有兩塊薄豚肉,湯底方面係豚骨湯,好濃味之餘唔係味精,唔會太油。幼麵好掛汁,一啖麵一啖湯咁食,真係食出日本嘅感覺🤤同埋佢有大量椰菜同木耳,夾埋一齊食唔會話好溜,值得一試!😋🔹特製沾麵(粗沾麵) $114三大塊肥瘦相間既叉燒,厚切得黎又軟腍腍🤤湯底方面係濃厚木魚豚骨湯,夾雜大量椰菜,濃而不膩,食到尾都唔會覺得咸👍🏻 最最最驚喜係佢既極粗麵!相當掛汁之餘仲要極彈牙!好有咬口!🤤下次黎絕對會再食😋😋 continue reading

想試左好多年,經過見唔使排隊就入去食,竟然係失望而回:(雞白湯拉麵 湯底唔知點解越食越似金寶湯個蘑菇雞湯 lol 麵質太淋,雞肉幾嫩滑但冇咩味,叉燒好薄 又係無味,糖心蛋正常。 結論係不過不失食咗碗拉麵,但係無記憶點亦都唔會再返嚟食:( continue reading

《拉麵Jo》特製醬油拉麵🍜📍銅鑼灣加路連山道3號地舖應該好多拉麵迷都知拉麵Jo同尖東老店麵屋一平安嘅關係,而我因為層响尖東返工,可以算係一平安嘅常客,對拉麵Jo有著青出於藍嘅期待。香味 (3/5)睇呢款麵嘅簡介,佢話係用左多種魚乾製成嘅醬油,再加自家製海鮮油,我預計聞落會有相當足充嘅魚介味,不過又唔多聞得出,主要都係醬油香,紫菜同洋蔥嘅香味為主,都算好聞嘅。湯 (3.5/5)湯色非常靚,而且香油令佢睇落令立立,有一種高級感,第一印象贏左。飲落第一口,除左醬油鹹鮮味,都有魚介鮮味同蔬菜甜味。不過鮮味係夠濃,但風味有 d 似即食麵,我理解為店家選用嘅醬油入面同即食麵入面嘅味粉有著相近似嘅添加劑,即味精,所以味道有類似。我認為就算有味精都唔一定係壞事,用得洽到好處其實係 ok。整體來講呢款湯係好味嘅,但未去到驚艷程度。麵條 (3/5)中細麵,直身,都好常見。麵嘅小麥味道一般般,口感都係一般般,正常發揮啦。配料 (2/5)先講叉燒部份。雞叉燒柴,豬肩肉似慢煮但唔嫩又有筋,豬五花夠腍但散,有唔少進步空間。溏心蛋就算正常發揮,筍就有渣,難以enjoy到。整體 - OK但不推薦。 睇來阿仔要跟老媽再好好學習。過多一排,如果經過我會再試嘅。 continue reading
