To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

趁着放假又黎到Grand Hyatt Staycation🌕 裏面幾間餐廳都試過又想用埋Dining Credit💰今次就試一試扒房😚環境一貫經典優雅既扒房風🪩 比較昏暗冇乜特別景色🌚 服務員都好專業仔細講解唔同牛扒既分別幫我地選擇🤩 整體上價錢唔平但係環境味道各方面都有酒店級質素 黎個Date Night絕對值回票價🥂⭐️ Pan Fried Scallops 🐚帶子大隻夠飽滿💙入口夠新鮮但始終冇生食咁重海水味🌊 反而用粟米Puree黎配對好有亮點🌽 粟米嘅味道好自然嘅清甜 吊起左比較單調嘅帶子💛⭐️ Maryland Crab Cakes 🦀️呢個反而有少少失望🥹 蟹餅嘅口感比較漿 雖然食到蟹肉嘅口感 但我會Expect更濃既鮮味🧡⭐️ Australian Full Blood Wagyu M9 Striploin 🇦🇺純種嘅M9和牛果然有佢嘅特色🤩 喺嫩滑度同口感之間平衡得好完美🥳 未至於肥到入口即溶🥩但係炭火嘅焦香令肉味更濃郁🔥配上傳統比較濃味既Mushroom Ragout醬🍄仍然掩蓋不了牛味嘅濃郁👍🏻⭐️ USDA Prime Rib Eye 🇺🇸Rib Eye嘅特點就係非常Ten

Rib Eye嘅特點就係非常Tender ❤️ 雖然牛味和M9和牛有一點點差距但仍然好滿足食落唔會膩🤣配上較為清爽既Horseradish Cream 🌶 略嫌辣到唔夠高 值得一讚佢嘅自家Mustard可以平衡油脂感🍽
