To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日搵到一間隱世特色西餐廳,大廈嘅大堂好似普通嘅商業大廈,餐廳嘅招牌並唔顯眼,乘坐升降機上到去,行到走廊最盡頭,終於發現呢間西餐餐廳,睇睇餐牌發現原來餐廳係食法國菜嘅,餐廳入面裝修佈置得十分簡約,感覺清新而舒適,法國菜嚟講價格非常優惠。嚟食法國菜一定要試傳統嘅「法式洋蔥湯」,仲有「法國蝸牛」,洋蔥湯偏向適合香港人嘅口味。蝸牛配合薯蓉,好惹味。主菜兩份,分別揀咗「牛肝菌意粉」同埋「紅酒燉牛肉」。牛肝菌味道非常香濃,燉牛肉係牛面頰肉,肉質非常香滑而且鮮嫩,配合紅酒一齊煮,十分出色,非常推介。今日嘅推介甜品係「雜果拿破崙餅」,超多雜果,配合鬆化嘅拿破崙餅,即叫即做,真係超好味。總結食物質素好高,係好抵食嘅法國菜,鍾意食法國菜嘅朋友一定要嚟試試。
