To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經濟實惠嶺南樓住咗喺呢度咁耐,都無喺嶺南樓食過飯。今日阿爸過嚟,所以就帶咗佢去嶺南樓飲茶。本身會以為好少人,但見起碼都有六七枱客,以星期六來講,比我想像中多人,始終今日唔係上學日。點左幾個點心同埋一碟菜,質素都OK。炸嘢就唔夠熱,蒸點心就好熱好新鮮。芝士蝦春卷、鹹水角:嚟到嘅時候暖暖地。我初初以為咁小客,應該係即叫即炸,不過應該都唔係啦,味道都OK嘅。蝦腸粉、蝦餃、粉果、蒸土魷:全部熱辣辣,腸粉都幾滑,其他點心都不錯。流沙奶皇包:真係流沙嘅,不過包皮有啲韌,可能係返蒸。三個人食咁多嘢,都係$200,真係非常抵!性價比好高,得閒會再嚟食。
