To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 落雨天又涼涼地,想食d熱野,坐低左都未拿定主意今餐食肉定食素,睇睇menu,都有好幾種素食選擇(雖然肉類更更更多)最後揀左番茄什菜烏冬,同埋炸豆腐,烏冬係番茄濃湯底,唔係唔好食嘅,不過我覺得醬油湯底同烏冬可能會比番茄配烏冬可能會更夾更好味至於炸豆腐 ,雖然係炸嘅 ,但味道屬清淡,感覺唔熱氣最奇怪嘅事發生喺埋單個時,$62加一即係$68.2,比一百蚊,找番一張廿蚊紙加一堆碎銀,我攞起張廿蚊後,個waiter竟然想極速走,我伸手繼續,佢話唔好意思,但我攞左兩個兩蚊,佢又神速走人,我冇再叫佢...只係心中對此店減了分,服務係好嘅話客人自然會比tips,何需如此呢?
