To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實今次是第二次黎呢間餐廳,還記得上一次黎已經是差不多一年前,當時同事們有些心事要講,所以某一個晩上,便由舊同事介紹之下,黎到呢間位於銅鑼灣皇室堡的甘味讚岐手打烏冬,當晚一行三人安排坐在卡位,透過落地大窗,對正維園夜景,在環境上實在要比五分,而且價錢亦相當合理,在服務方面,也值得讚,因為當晚我們一講就講咗三個鐘,服務員也相當細心,不斷為我們加水。有了上一次滿意的經驗,本人已把此餐廳加入成為心水餐廳,所以今日有事路過銅鑼灣,也第一時間來吃一個日式下午茶。黎到時客人不多,本人選擇了對正維園景的坐位,看看下午茶餐牌,便點了黑豚叉燒豬骨湯讚岐手打烏冬。先試一口湯底,豬骨湯底味濃,但略為過鹹,味精味重了一些,但讚岐手打烏冬,的確係唔同,相當爽口和彈牙,黑豚肉叉燒,肥瘦程度恰到好處,好腍好入味。凍柚子蜜,柚子味濃,甜味適中。以這樣的環境,食物質素,價錢也相當合理,值得一試再試。
