今日係我地結婚第28年了. 亦即係镍婚. 時間過得真快.. 當中必然會有嘈吵的. 為子女為家事都會有. 所以好唔容易維持到28年. 希望可以一直好落去啦!今日為咗慶祝镍婚. 所以我地揀咗一間環境超靚嘅六公館. 六公館係一間中菜館.  我地BOOK咗 6:00 入到餐館, 座位非常寬敞,格局裝修非常有氣派。餐廳坐擁維港景色,不論室內室外都可以望到非常靚嘅風景。睇睇餐牌首先叫壺靚茶桂花烏龍茶, 桂花味清香杏汁花膠川貝菜胆燉白肺湯好香杏仁味,花膠都算厚肉。不過白肺就細咗少少 (有火一路興住的.)椰子咸吉燉鮮鮑魚(有火一路興住的.)鮑魚有手指公咁大,椰子香又有咸吉味。而且湯夠清甜48小時慢煮牛肋骨超正……一條牛肋骨大概有10片左右。每片厚薄適中,肉質柔軟。好香牛味。加埋配製醬汁更加突出牛嘅味道鴛鴦蝦球每碟有六粒。三粒黃金蝦球(即是咸蛋黃)三粒芒果醬蝦球。每粒蝦都好大隻。蝦肉爽而有蝦味。我比較喜歡芒果醬汁。少少酸又帶少少甜,好醒胃。而黃金蝦球就比較普通。但蝦肉同樣爽而有蝦味岩鹽羊肚菌焗三黃雞呢款係新菜式。經理話係今日才推出。而且暫時只推出一個月,如果口啤好,就會繼續推出。雖然要等1個鐘。(因為要

岩鹽羊肚菌焗三黃雞
呢款係新菜式。經理話係今日才推出。而且暫時只推出一個月,如果口啤好,就會繼續推出。雖然要等1個鐘。(因為要即時製作,所以一定要等大概1個鐘。但絕對值得等)但我地都要試試。三黃雞放在枱上,已經傳出陣陣好香嘅羊肚菌味道。要試雞係咪好食。就一定要試雞胸。一咬雞胸,真係好嫩滑。雞味又濃。我本身唔鐘意食雞胸。都要專登搵雞胸食。

原本想試甜品,但實在太飽。要留返下次再幫襯時再食。
雖然今晚餐飯超貴,但有靚景靚食物。而且又慶祝結婚28週年。值得的
