老尖柯士甸路的新蘭香,曾經結業一段日子,其雞腸,黑柏葉,令人牽腸掛肚.茶飯不思,四周難尋其代替品.幾個月之後,原址變成"蘭香".沒有"新"字,味道依舊,雞腸繼續又爽又肥美.冬菇亦很甜,湯底也一樣的清甜.老店浴火重生,全賴老伙記眾志城成,大家才能繼續品嘗其雞腸,黑柏葉,多謝.
