鮮雞腸小時候經常吃,但此物已久未再嚐,雞腸是下欄貨,因此坊間亦少有食店售賣此物,得知有店舖以雞腸作招徠,雖然位置於我相對山旮旯,但無損尋找此店的興致。此店有售多種食材,例如蝦球、炸醬、豬軟骨等等配搭不同粉麵,但最感興趣的還是雞腸和黒柏葉。黑柏葉和雞腸鋪滿整個碗,還配上特製的帶甜味醬油,切成幼條的黑柏葉灼得很爽脆,雞腸切得很長,質地柔軟,為此物增加了口感,可惜雞腸帶微微的內臟腥,因此給黑柏葉比下去。麵湯很清,減少了吃內臟的罪惡感。芥蘭價格合理,質素正常。

今日帶大家去食鮮牛栢葉同雞腸,呢間嘢好耐啦,我第一次食係初中果陣,都有30幾年以上,係近呢幾日睇到大島與龍威條片介紹呢度我至諗吓乜呢間嘢仲响度!然後今日放假就走嚟食,有乜好食呢,當然係黑牛栢葉(冇錯牛栢葉係黑色,平時酒樓果啲係白色不過加工過),仲有鮮雞腸,叫咗雞腸麵做底加個淨黑牛栢葉,夠晒飽,上嚟嘅醬油係佢哋自己調配,帶啲辣但唔咸,雞腸好鮮好乾淨,幾正,不過湯底淡左啲冇以前咁濃味,係真嘅淡左啲。到牛栢葉,好爽口又脆口又唔靭,好食,啲葱切到好靚又多,真係久唔久食下好嘞始終内蔵嘢。

今日行經佐敦三角公廁附近,決定黎潮聖一入去見到有蚊滋仔飛,後門大開望埋條後巷,其實有少少扣分雞腸冬菇雙拼麵($50)雞腸食落唔肥,睇落無乜肥膏,爽口彈牙,皮薄唔會好難嚼,一段段切得剛剛好。配埋秘製藥材豉油好正,不過豉油偏鹹,落埋辣椒油點少少就夠。冬落食落有蠔油味,但唔算燘得好入味,略嫌冬菇定留太多,食食下會覺得硬。麵我叫左多蔥,蔥一絲絲連埋麵食岩岩好,好香好新鮮。雞腸既雞油落晒個湯度,個麵好有油香。南乳豬手黑柏葉麵($50)豬手得兩舊仲要好細舊,無乜肉,又唔算好入味,不用再試。黑柏葉高質爽口,同豉油都係好夾,不過無雞腸咁令人驚艷。

今日路過蘭香諗住入去食碗麵、叫左碗冬菇麵,好快就黎到,一碗四隻冬菇。食左兩啖麵、睇到隻冬菇、咦!好似比人/動物咬左一啖咁既? 心諗可能煮果時咁啱甩左邊啫,搵多一隻又係咁、再搵又中,全部都崩口既☹️無理由四隻冬菇四隻都咁啱崩口掛!叫收銀姐姐黎、諗住同佢問下、點知唔問猶自可,一問把鬼火,佢睇都唔睇下、就話煮果時崩左啫、眼尾都無望就走左。我同佢講,一隻半隻都算、你隻隻冬菇都係咁點合理? 收銀彩都無彩你、走番去同煮麵姐姐傾偈、話隻冬菇煮崩左好出奇咩! 大家睇相自行判斷係比野咬左一忽、定好似收銀阿姐話齋煮到甩左。最後、煮麵姐姐見我無食響度玩電話、主動同我講換兩隻比我(咁大發慈悲心四隻換兩隻)。好,又睇下你係咪隻隻冬菇都煮得崩口先,煮麵阿姐放低果兩隻完好無缺。一碗麵值四十大洋唔夠,你話你煮到隻菇勁到崩口崩到好似咬過咁,我見識少,都真係出街食左幾十年飯第一次見。唔該唔好侮辱香港人智慧,咪以為個個出街食飯都唔識煮野食。 一間貼曬明星食家招牌既食店,居然講得出呢番說話。 我不嬲都唔寫食評,奉行好嘅一餐唔好嘅又一餐,但今次實在太激氣!咬過既都比人食?仲有下次?不了!不了!

一早食完壽司郎,再去DONKI 行一陣,D早餐已經唔見咗大半,忽然想起蘭香⋯⋯十幾年前我也算常客一名,一個月總會去三四次。十一點幾不是用等位,一樣嘅裝修,牆上依舊貼住二幾三十年前的舊報紙,吹噓什麼大明星經常光顧,餐牌跟當年亦分別不大,大概只是價錢變了🤣🤣唔太餓,所以只點了一個雞腸米粉,賣相跟以往沒有多大的分別,淡淡的湯,軟滑的雞腸,少量的薑蔥,再加少許辣椒油,蘭香就是這個味道😋今時今日食店選擇太多,究竟係不斷創新,留住顧客,還是保留原味,努力經營?
