幾年前黎過壽司源,當時覺得係眾多OMAKASE入面,呢間算係高質素之一,黎開元朗就決定再食下睇下KEEP唔KEEP到個質素有三款OMAKASE選擇,我地揀左最基本$1080先食前菜鮟鱇魚豆腐,辣椒蘿蔔on top,紅酒漬日本蘿蔔,京蔥青椒放底,仲有秋刀魚卷真鯛來自九洲,配上酸汁、柚子皮 、紫蘇花,口感煙韌根室帆立貝,岩鹽同柚子皮灑面,可以帶出鮮味成年油甘魚,呢個腩位比較肥美,亦都係北海道產,油脂十分香醋漬池魚,魚味濃,上面放有薑蔥蓉深海池魚,魚味再濃d,放上辣椒蘿蔔蓉,可以中和油份 左口魚,群邊食得多,魚身就彈牙d,有少少似雞泡魚口感梭子魚,香港叫竹籤魚,炙燒過之後好鬆軟,油份突出鱈魚,自己醃製嘅洋蔥比較清甜,燒過之後同飯好配合牡丹蝦即時開邊,將蝦膏拎出,師父細心將蝦腸清除,燒香蝦膏,牡丹蝦係北海道三大名蝦,係三種入面最多膏量,口感彈牙鮟鱇魚魚湯,菜同蘿蔔吸收左魚湯鮮味,魚皮分開 ,口感有少少似橡筋中拖羅,熟成14日 ,來自長崎縣,切成3塊黎增加口感北海道馬糞海膽,從來都無得輸喜之次手卷,原條食就食得多,切粒炙燒做成手卷第一次,係我食過最好味既手卷 最後食埋我最愛既蕨餅加冬天時令士多啤

最後食埋我最愛既蕨餅加冬天時令士多啤梨,完美咁結尾,咁耐無食,壽司源依然保持到高水準,實屬難得
