To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 四大天王包括巴東牛肉🐮雞🐔蕃茄沙甸魚🐟同埋雜菜🥬可以一次過滿足四個願望!
巴東牛肉煮得非常之腍,配上類似沙嗲嘅醬汁,夠晒香濃,送飯一流🤤!
雞肉有啲似海南雞,而且仲要係雞髀嘅部位,非常之滑💕!
沙甸魚配蕃茄都非常之夾,酸酸辣辣同樣啱晒送飯✔️。
唯獨最後嘅雜菜就有啲淡而無味🤭只係白恰。不過上網見到人哋好似係有花生醬,可能咁啱唔記得俾我哋。不過其他肉類都夠好味!
椰漿飯仲要有好多料🤩包含着魚乾、辣椒仔、薑,椰漿味道雖然唔算超重,但略帶甜味都唔錯,同埋啲肉類嘅醬汁一齊食就一流😋
另外無論係斑斕飯定係椰漿飯份量都係超大,一個飯一定夠晒男仔食,夠抵食!

大杯到嚇親我,超級足料!入口好順滑,唔會有冰粒嘅感覺,亦唔會太凍。仲配埋少許朱古力醬,簡直一道甜品咁!

最後我哋臨走仲喺門口買咗少少糕點🍰我成日經過呢啲泰國印尼餐廳都會想試佢哋啲糕點,但好多時候買完發現冇乜味,冇諗過呢一間居然咁好食!

紫薯千層糕 🍠$7
出乎意料地真係食到有紫薯嘅香氣🍠成日覺得紫薯嘅甜品都係得個樣,始終冇番薯咁甜,有時仲會有啲假。但呢一個紫薯真係滲出淡淡天然嘅紫薯香甜,而且仲夾雜着椰汁嘅香,口感煙韌,值得一試🤤!

六白雙層糕🍰$7
呢個更有驚喜❗️綠色係椰汁糕,白色就係椰漿糯米飯,兩者加埋一齊真係好正🤤無論係味道定口感都好豐富!尤其是綠色嗰層令我聯想起泰國綠色三角形嗰隻椰子糖,配埋底下層有啲咬口嘅糯米飯,絕對係一流嘅糕點,$7真係好抵食。

整體來講呢間印尼菜的確好啱我口味,價錢亦唔算太貴,分量夠晒大,男人都會飽,真心唔錯💕!
