Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好友相聚暢飲一番，咁啱呢間小菜館嘅下酒菜又真係堅好食，下次一定再來。琥珀合核粒粒黐滿芝麻，香脆可口，比花生更好。呢個係川椒豬手，雖然叫川椒，但係唔辣嘅，呢個係冷盤，豬手肉爽脆有彃性，煮得好入味，唔會有臭豬味又唔會有雪藏味，辣椒粒同蔥花散發出陣陣香味，呢個小食一邊食，一邊飲啤酒，好正。呢個仲正，叫做鐵板魚春魚卜，啫啫聲上菜，熱辣辣，出晒煙咁樣，香噴噴，一口咬落個魚卜度外脆內軟，呢個餸好惹味，連D配菜都好香，正。所以成日話好嘅下酒菜真係好緊要，有好食嘅餸先至飲到多D啤酒。
