朋友小聚,食中菜總有一種團圓嘅氣氛椒鹽豆腐炸得外酥裡嫩,切粒嘅大小比一般嘅餐廳大,成塊磚頭咁,更考驗師傅嘅功夫(其實都係考驗大家嘅筷子功,同朋友研究過要用陰力夾起)炸皮調味適中,加上炸蒜一齊食,好邪惡,但係作為前菜好開胃小炒皇一上檯香氣飄散,白色嘅霧唔係熱氣,而係鑊氣!韭菜顏色翠綠新鮮,用料足,魷魚同蝦仁,蝦米嗰啲炒得好香又唔油膩,加埋畫龍點睛嘅腰果,菜甫等去調味,簡直係港式嘅「米飯小偷」輝哥煎鹹雞雞嘅菜式最怕鞋口,佢呢度每件雞球都夠嫩滑,雞皮煎得好香脆,痴住香蔥因為夠鑊氣,所以爆炒完嘅雞肉都仲係夠juicy豆豉爽蝦整肉餅肉餅有驚喜,食得出係用新鮮嘅肉混合而成,再加上鮮蝦仁嘅鮮甜味,豆豉吊一吊味例湯係青紅蘿蔔菜乾豬展湯,湯底清甜滋潤,重點係加上蜜棗,甜而不膩,仲有得refill
