今日係觀塘收工,約咗個同事食餐晚飯,同事帶咗我去一間食中,粵式菜嘅餐廳。三小漁中菜館,餐廳喺成業街電訊一代廣場,入到去餐廳地方真係幾闊落,座位嘅空間感亦都好足夠,喺度食飯感覺都幾舒適。坐低先點咗個陳皮普洱,職員會用熱水洗乾淨餐具,真係好細心。普洱茶除咗有茶香,仲有少少陳皮嘅香味,飲落去又香又開胃。青麻椒安格斯牛柳粒 168元,牛柳粒擺碟好吸引,一口牛肉煎到啱啱好,食落去牛肉味好香濃好juicy,有入口即溶嘅感覺。沾小小青麻椒醬,令到牛肉嘅鮮味更加突出,又帶少少麻辣香味。鮮菠蘿芥末蝦球 148元,蝦球外層炸粉皮薄仲要炸到金黃色,食落去外面脆卜卜,入面嘅蝦肉爽口彈牙非常新鮮,芥末醬同菠蘿嘅香甜味,令到蝦肉味道更加有層次,最底層仲有新鮮嘅菠蘿,味道清香,絕佳之作。煙燻溏心蛋,黑磚豆腐。黑磚豆腐做到外脆內熱加埋少少炸蒜增加風味。溏心蛋見到蛋黃有啲油香滲出嚟,經過煙燻入口特別香。法式焦糖燉蛋 58元,燉蛋面層燒到焦香入面嘅蛋仲係好幼滑, 加埋桃膠一齊食 增添口感。另外招牌甜品,桃膠燉手工菊花豆腐,首先欣賞到廚師嘅刀工,將豆腐切到好靚好幼滑,入口食到菊花嘅清香味,好順喉又滋潤。
