係觀塘返左咁耐工,一直都唔知原來有間中菜館係咁好食我哋見到隔離枱啲小菜好吸引,就跟住嚟叫‼️真係全部都好食喎「竹炭黑磚豆腐」呢個黑磚豆腐外層比較厚實,好有脆感,就算咬開,啲脆脆都唔會跌落嚟,完全可以同嫩滑嘅豆腐融為一體,面頭有啲炸蒜作調味,令到味道唔會咁單調「冰鎮新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉」每一檯都必叫嘅咕嚕肉,中間有個糖製雕塑,好有視覺藝術感有視覺享受之餘,仲有味覺享受‼️咕嚕肉炸衣非常薄脆,肉質係有彈性「脆皮風沙雞」風沙雞最重要係皮脆肉嫩,完全做足哂塊皮夠乾身香脆,無油膩感,隻雞仲好有雞味,應該係新鮮雞❤️「小河蝦蒜油小炒皇」呢個小炒皇一啲都唔普通,蒜油香令整體味道更上一層樓,當中仲有小河蝦、腰果、花生、魷魚,令到口感嘅層次倍增不過食小河蝦嘅時候要小心啲,蝦殼比較似刺口~ continue reading
