To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

住新酒店，晚上訂了這中餐。怎知拿位時才話有dressing code ，不過穿拖鞋！有朋友來水上樂園玩只帶了拖鞋，幸好後佢彈性處理帶了我們去偏廳。食物選擇幾多，叫了個四人餐。先上前菜拼盤，燒乳豬皮好香脆，蔥油海蜇頭爽口彈牙，叉燒也不錯。接著艇家魚湯，鮮甜足料，有魚、帶子、花膠等。清蒸東星斑幾鮮甜，龍崗雞皮脆肉也幾滑，竹笙琵琶豆腐味道也不錯。鮑汁荷葉飯幾香，甜品拼盤也ok。另加了個菜及芒果糯米糍味道也不錯。總括食物幾好，環境也ok，但上菜速度較慢。
