To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日和朋友黎到東涌,當然要黎東昇樓試一試,由地鐵到這裡的路程不太遠,慢行大約10分鐘。👣黎到這裡當然要試一試海鮮,我們就叫了白灼蝦,炭燒燒肉,鹽焗雞,椒鹽豆腐, XO醬肉片,清蒸海上鮮,菠蘿咕嚕肉和白飯。食物也挺好味的。白灼蝦配上簡單豉油,不會煮得太老。炭燒燒肉的皮很脆,味道不會好鹹,就咁食都可以當小食。👍🏻鹽焗雞嫩滑,加上薑葱更好味。椒鹽豆腐外皮脆口, 非常野味,感覺不會太熱氣。XO醬肉片味道香口,XO醬肉片不辣😍,跟配飯一流。😆清蒸海上鮮值得一讚,入口嫩滑,石斑跟豬肉條一起煮,平時好少見,味道十分夾。菠蘿咕嚕肉酸酸甜甜,配飯十分開胃。朋友們也十分滿意這餐飯,下次要再黎食過。
