Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩個女都係糖街樓上的商廈補習,樓下有3-4間印尼餐廳🍴,今次帶兩個女試吓呢間印尼菜,都幾有驚喜。店舖細細,充滿東南亞風情印尼花膠湯斑蘭鷄粉皮:鷄和粉皮都幾滑,花膠好大塊,但無麼味。柑桔青瓜冰:睇落去幾清鮮,但飲落並無麼特別。柑桔冰:都係普通柑桔冰啱飲啲。細牛丸湯:以為係齊牛丸湯,但估唔到有埋面,仲有其他配料,$35好抵食。燒雞斑蘭尖塔飯:燒雞有半隻,燒得外脆內嫩,保留肉汁,好食。牛肉串燒半打:我嫌牛肉太硬,不夠嫩滑,比較遜色,但個沙爹花生醬汁好惹味。中國人老闆,印尼人主理,服務態度十分好,價錢亦便宜,用餐感覺十分舒服。
