To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 母親大人朋友吃過「陶源酒家」的乾撈翅龍蝦宴一直讚不絕口,有見及此,我亦沒有多想便帶母親大人到此品嚐一下。這裏地方相當寬敞又舒適,設計上與一般酒家無異,一家人或與朋友在此用膳亦相當適合!既然今次是為了乾撈翅龍蝦宴而來,那當然我們亦沒有多看其他餐牌便直接點了它。這個乾撈翅龍蝦宴總共有八道菜,分別為炭燒鰻魚拼冰燒五層肉、鮑汁扣極品花膠扒、蟹肉乾撈翅、卡邦尼焗龍蝦、魚子醬蛋白蒸龍蝦鉗、桃膠榆耳泡菜苗、龍蝦湯泡飯和葛仙米杏仁茶。炭燒鰻魚拼冰燒五層肉鰻魚外皮香脆之餘,肉質彈牙又鮮甜,而冰燒五層肉同樣皮脆,又富濃郁的肉香味,一層肥肉一層瘦肉剛剛好,吃上去毫無油膩感!鮑汁扣極品花膠扒厚厚又大塊的花膠扒,口感又軟腍,配上鹹香的鮑汁,濃郁得來又匹配討好!蟹肉乾撈翅魚翅的份量相當多,配上鮮甜的蟹肉,已經非常美味,加上這道菜式用了乾撈的做法,吃起來就更為香口,吃一口蟹肉乾撈翅,再呷一口鮮甜的湯頭,幸福得令人回味!卡邦尼焗龍蝦龍蝦本身已經爽口彈牙又鮮甜,配上濃郁而creamy的卡邦尼醬汁後,吃起來都特別滋味!魚子醬蛋白蒸龍蝦鉗龍蝦鉗的肉質爽彈,味道又鮮甜,配上蛋香味濃的蛋和鹹香的魚子醬,配搭得宜又美味!桃膠榆耳

熱騰騰的杏仁茶不但富有濃郁的杏仁香,還散發出濃郁的蛋白香,再配上清脆爽口的葛仙米後,吃起來都特別美味可口!

今次絕對要多謝母親大人朋友的推介,吃過了這個乾撈翅龍蝦宴絕對明白為何她一直讚不絕口!餐廳的食材上乘,配搭又得宜,所以我們亦吃過不停,同時他們服務殷勤又細心,難怪我們吃得如此滿足!
