在港威看過戲後就行去佐敦搵食,因好想食越南菜便去了老趙。雖然老趙在尖咀佐敦有幾間分店,但我個人偏好去老店。第一次幫襯老趙,之前看食評知道等位是正常的事,不過今晚六點半去都可以直入,直到七點幾過後就全店滿座了。枱上放有魚露一支,看色水是對版的,但以安全計先試口味,少鹹多酸,加上蒜粒辣椒絲,增加香味,正﹗正是我多年來食開的味道﹗先來一人一飲品,朋友點選的咸檸檬七喜$30。我飲椰汁木薯綠豆冰$26,椰汁香濃,甜度剛好,木薯製成條狀,食落軟身,綠豆煲到好淋,最驚喜是有海帶在內﹗價錢雖貴但每餐都要有菜,蒜蓉炒時菜$58(生菜/椰菜/油墨菜),椰菜吸盡蒜香,好味﹗既然有好吃的魚露就一定要吃凍檬,香茅豬肉凍檬$52,豬肉充滿濃郁香茅味,肉質鬆軟,肥膏不多,可放心地吞食﹗檬粉下墊有大量青瓜﹑芽菜等,檬粉及蔬菜索盡魚露,吃起來酸酸甜甜又清清爽爽,絕對是夏日之選。好耐無遇到自家製肥碌碌版的越南春卷$42了﹗內有冬菇﹑荀﹑蝦米﹑肉碎,豐富得很,春卷香氣迫人來,用一片生菜及少少九層塔包圍之,再沾上魚露,便是一道香口美食了﹗最後再加添一份越式蒸粉包$28,熱騰騰的粉包子,內含材料和春卷差不多,將粉包浸在魚露中一
