To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在港威看過戲後就行去佐敦搵食,因好想食越南菜便去了老趙。雖然老趙在尖咀佐敦有幾間分店,但我個人偏好去老店。第一次幫襯老趙,之前看食評知道等位是正常的事,不過今晚六點半去都可以直入,直到七點幾過後就全店滿座了。枱上放有魚露一支,看色水是對版的,但以安全計先試口味,少鹹多酸,加上蒜粒辣椒絲,增加香味,正﹗正是我多年來食開的味道﹗先來一人一飲品,朋友點選的咸檸檬七喜$30。我飲椰汁木薯綠豆冰$26,椰汁香濃,甜度剛好,木薯製成條狀,食落軟身,綠豆煲到好淋,最驚喜是有海帶在內﹗價錢雖貴但每餐都要有菜,蒜蓉炒時菜$58(生菜/椰菜/油墨菜),椰菜吸盡蒜香,好味﹗既然有好吃的魚露就一定要吃凍檬,香茅豬肉凍檬$52,豬肉充滿濃郁香茅味,肉質鬆軟,肥膏不多,可放心地吞食﹗檬粉下墊有大量青瓜﹑芽菜等,檬粉及蔬菜索盡魚露,吃起來酸酸甜甜又清清爽爽,絕對是夏日之選。好耐無遇到自家製肥碌碌版的越南春卷$42了﹗內有冬菇﹑荀﹑蝦米﹑肉碎,豐富得很,春卷香氣迫人來,用一片生菜及少少九層塔包圍之,再沾上魚露,便是一道香口美食了﹗最後再加添一份越式蒸粉包$28,熱騰騰的粉包子,內含材料和春卷差不多,將粉包浸在魚露中一

當年的屯門小巴黎的越式食物絕對是無得輸,我自己都食左十幾年,但幾年前開始已經走下波,變相都無興趣幫襯了...所以今餐能讓我重溫到旨日的味道,的確有點感動。
