點菜之時， 經理走來介紹， 今日手抓羊肉好靚， 要不要試一份 ，我們都喜歡吃羊肉， 就要一份啦。 果然冇介紹錯，手抓羊肉起曬骨，切成長條型 ，煮得軟硬適中， 調味清淡 ，完全發揮羊肉嘅鮮味同香味， 手抓羊帶一啲脂肪， 皮薄瘦肉多 ，一啲都唔柴， 係羊肉中嘅極品 。再點一啲特配嘅汁， 將羊肉味提昇至雲端 ，吃不停口 。真是要多謝經理的介紹。 除此以外， 我們還點了清炒豆苗， 新上市的嫩豆苗 ，清新可口 ，嫩滑美味。 魚香茄子煲也不錯， 粗粗的茄子條 吸收了魚香肉碎味， 是絕配的組合。 話梅豬手就稍為失色 ，因為太甜， 而且好少肉， 都是骨頭。整體來說 ，中菜還是不錯的 ，下次試其他菜式。😋😋
