大大碗的船河,湯底比想像中出色,呈深啡,帶點像藥材的微回甘味,濃郁不油膩。材料很豐富,除了粉豬皮和豬血,還有大大件高質淋滑牛肉和爆汁牛丸,很有份量。選擇是特式卷粉,比幼粉質感較爽彈,同樣很吸湯入味。
