To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工後同朋友去九龍城食泰國菜，呢度有好多間我地選擇小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋，因門口有個大大個公仔系度揮手好吸引人入去。點左海鮮孖寶泰式盲鰽和鮑魚$288。鹽燒飽魚鮑魚都好大隻，又燒到好香又彈牙爽口。雞腎燒到香又彈牙和臘腸串燒都好好味不會油膩。蟹肉雞絲魚肚羹，真是好足料有蟹肉，雞絲和好多魚肚魚肚好爽口。小曼谷炒米粉，材料十足又有蝦大大隻又彈牙，味道適中米粉又不會好淋又炒到好香。泰式燒盲鰽，魚肚位又放入一些香料入去燒，令香料索入魚肉里，魚肉嫩滑又肥美沾上醬汁更加野味。椰汁西米糕拼泰式千層糕，椰汁西米糕底下有西米和芋頭粒幾香口又不會太甜泰式千層糕又幾煙韌。束青夠凍又清甜。
