同朋友一齊喺大角咀覓食,呢度有好多小餐廳,好多好有質素,有啲新開,有啲已經經營咗長時間,我哋行行吓見到呢間潮州菜館,睇落光猛乾淨企理,亦似乎幾啱我哋呢日嘅胃口,咁就決定入去試吓😆叫咗 $198嘅「鵝片三拼」,選擇咗拼「鵝腎、墨魚」,$108嘅「煎蠔餅」,同埋 $78嘅「拍蒜炒芥蘭」,再加一碗 $12嘅「白粥」,全部 share 嚟食😆「潮州滷水三拼:鵝片、鵝腎、墨魚」大大碟賣相幾靚🤩;滷水鵝片🦢肉質軟熟,滷得好入味😋;鵝腎、墨魚 有啲咬頭,幾好食😋。「煎蠔餅」外邊脆脆哋,幾輕身,感覺唔太油膩😋;仲有雞蛋🥚同埋蠔仔肉🦪嘅鮮味😋。「拍蒜🧄炒芥蘭🥬」非常爽脆,炒得香口,簡單好食😋
