To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友在官塘放工，去附近頗新的大廈食潮州菜，地方舒服，又近地鐵站，非常方便。食潮州菜，通常都會点鹵水，朋友喜歡鹵水鵝翼，鹵水汁很香，不太咸，剛剛好，鵝翼啖啖肉，豆腐沾滿鹵水汁，好好味，而且份量算很多，非常抵。蠔仔烙也是潮州菜首選，這裡很特別，有分煎或炸，如果不想太熱氣可選煎，比較軟綿綿。我們選了炸，外面香口脆卜卜，有鴨蛋香味，蠔仔很多，很好味。翡翠龍鳳球，是雞片及蝦球，蝦球新鮮爽口，雞片嫩，味道適中，不太濃。
