To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天工作來到油麻地，工作完畢，和同事來到碧街的「田記魚蛋牛腩專門店」食碗快靚正的河粉醫肚，細細的店舖，任何時間客人都絡繹不絕，聽店名就知牛腩和魚蛋是招牌菜啦！《牛三寶米粉》$58有牛腩、牛肚、牛筋，很豐富的牛三寶，份量足夠，牛肚牛筋軟腍，牛腩雖然不及崩沙腩，但都一樣好吃。《牛魔王河粉》$62人氣牛魔王果然震撼，有牛腩、牛肚、牛筋、牛蒡、牛腸，豐富到不得了，價錢只是$62，超級抵食。每樣都煮得恰到好處，喜歡吃牛雜的朋友一定要試，好正。《腐乳通菜》$18通菜新鮮爽脆，配腐乳醬最夾。《凍豆腐》$8支裝豆漿抵飲又乾淨。
