To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天在港大參加活動，活動後，就在西環｢覓食｣吧。我不熟西環區，只知道有很多傳統食店。還沒有想好要吃什麼。經過了富興，嗅到很香很香的柱侯牛雜、柱侯牛腩的味道！我和Honey就被吸引住了！雖然這粉麵小店格局相對地殘舊，無關係，最緊要食物好味。雖然地鐵已經通到西環，但是這個粉麵小店價錢也不貴喎。我叫了一個牛雜河，Honey叫魚皮餃麵，每碗只是$24。牛雜非常入味！很香濃的柱侯味！牛什煮得非常稔！湯底也不太鹹。我們又叫了一碟大的炸魚皮。炸魚皮很香脆，不過，魚皮太厚，咬下去是比較硬，也相對稍鹹。牛雜河和炸魚皮都是鹹香的食物，所以，我們又叫了油菜和兩杯凍飲，凍檸賓和凍檸樂。油菜$9，凍檸賓加$8，凍檸樂加$9。整個午餐，只是$90s'，認真化算！舊區覓食，除了傳統口味，價錢也很平民化啊！
