To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聖誕前席的周末, 一連串的飯聚活動, 令我吃下不少肉。🐷🐮🐔星期一上班日的午餐, 不想再食肉, 就來到公司附近的一間素食餐廳 ─ 雅.悠蔬食。🥦🍅🥬🥒🌽🥕一進到餐廳, 紫、白色的主題色調很優雅。 由於今天受的12月颱風 ─ 雷伊的影響, 天氣明顯冷了。 看到午餐餐牌有一個熱鍋的伴飯, 就是韓式五色鮮蔬牛蒡拌飯配韓式炸菇 ,就點來暖一下身吧!⛄❄️跟餐我還加配了甘筍薯仔椰菜忌廉湯跟香脆法包。 餐飲及甜品選了檸檬蜂蜜生薑茶及柚子蘆薈乳酪蛋糕。忌廉湯帶有甘筍椰菜的味道很香濃, 跟香脆法包十分配合。😋很快主菜來了, 韓式炸菇酸酸甜甜很開胃。拌飯舖滿了多種材料, 有紅蘿蔔、豆卜、冬菇及很有益的牛蒡等等,而且熱度足夠, 倒下辣醬再在鍋中攪拌, 泛起撲鼻香味,食完個身立即暖笠笠👍🏻 最後, 送上了熱飲和甜點。為就一餐素食午餐劃上了完美的句號。🥳
