To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間店之前lunch time 有來過幾次。已被招牌花膠湯粉皮 吸引住,這花膠雞湯底味道濃郁。 晚上在銅鑼灣搵食,決定帶友人品嚐。店鄰近維園、榮記。當我們駐足店外,店員主動上前介紹餐牌,態度友善。店內不大,但只要數枱客人,不算太擠迫。美中不足是冷氣待修,但店員也很好給我找一個有風扇吹到嘅位置。今次叫了數款食物share- 雞肉沙嗲串- 雞串燒仍保留肉汁,雞串本身已有燒汁,不用點 沙嗲醬已非常夠味- 炸碎雞花膠湯粉皮- 濃郁的花膠雞湯配上如腸粉般滑滑的粉皮,絕配非常美味。 炸雞正如店員所說好像是韓式炸雞非常爽脆- 巴東牛肉飯- 綠豆冰 - 吃完熱湯串燒,再喝一口綠豆冰. 一個字 「爽」冷氣修理好要再來一次
