Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然美味廚出名火鍋，但天時暑熱，二人到來就只吃菜飯，一試其虛實。我們分別要了回鍋肉菜飯和排骨菜飯。回鍋肉炒得勁有鑊氣，瘦肉入味、肥肉極爽，椰菜亦不會過軟。排骨即炸豬排，很脆而肉不靭，趁菜飯是無敵的組合！再柯打的煎蠔餅賣相不堪，似是師傅心有餘而力不足，未能弄到一整餅出菜，胡亂兜成一碟。咸了些，而且頗油膩，一啖起兩啖止。菜飯是不錯的，小菜就未必再試。
