今日在社交平台見到網友post越男仔(沙田店)的食物照,很吸引。想起旺角也有分店,之前我沒來過,今日來試試。雙蝦拼滑雞椰汁酸湯檬粉($138)大大隻的蝦開邊,蝦肉彈牙。雞肉醃製入味,肉質嫩滑。椰汁酸湯以雞骨熬製,加入椰汁、酸子和醋等配料,椰香味帶點酸,整個配搭合適。軟殼蟹黃薑飯+手絲雞沙律+脆炸魚柳+雞湯($129)黃黃的飯帶有輕微黃薑味,軟殼蟹很香口,有大量的青瓜絲、 紅蘿蔔絲、生菜作伴。手絲雞沙律,有青瓜柚子、雞肉配上甜酸汁,清新美味。熱辣辣的雞湯中還有肥美的鳳爪。凍鮮薄荷滴漏咖啡($33)新鮮的薄荷葉與咖啡香味融合,味道不會太甜,感覺健康。(另收加一服務費)
