To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間餐廳的食材質素確實值得稱讚,從新鮮的蔬菜到精選的肉類,食材不但豐富,而且能感覺到店家對食物品質的重視。火鍋的湯底十分足料,味道濃郁,多種選擇能滿足不同口味的顧客,這讓我們在食物方面的體驗相當愉快。然而,服務水準卻讓整體用餐感受大打折扣。當時我們一半的朋友還未到齊,但侍應已經多次催促我們下湯底,說當天人多需要加快,但事實上餐廳內只有幾台客人,遠遠達不到忙碌的程度。這種不斷催促的行為讓我們感到非常壓迫,原本想好好享受一頓輕鬆的聚餐,反而因為這樣的服務態度變得煩躁不安。這種不恰當的催促不單影響了我們的心情,還讓我們覺得這家餐廳對顧客的尊重和用餐體驗並不夠重視。最令人失望的是,在結帳時我們發現了一些帳單上的錯誤。如果不是我們仔細查看收據,可能就被多收了不少錢。我們只點了一碟椒鹽鮮魷,卻被收了兩碟的價錢;同樣地,上了三碟牛肉,卻被算作四碟。這些錯誤讓人覺得不單只是服務粗心,更有一種欺騙顧客的嫌疑。作為顧客,我們絕對期待餐廳能夠保持帳單的透明和準確,不應該讓我們為未點的食物買單。雖然這裡的食物的確不錯,特別是食材的品質和湯底的選擇都能帶來不錯的味覺享受,但服務上的問題和結帳時的粗心大意讓我們非
