To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今個星期打風不成，天氣翳熱不想下廚，今晚飯堂在元州街的「八月茶室」。川式小食：炸饅頭蘸練奶，香香甜甜的味道打開沉睡胃口。椒鹽鮮魷~是香香脆脆、漿脆肉爽，隨之而來脆卜卜的咀嚼聲，此起彼落。西檸煎軟雞~香噴噴的煎軟雞，舖排得齊齊整整，晶瑩金黃的檸檬汁，除了即時送上亮麗視覺，隨即品嚐到外酥肉嫩的香煎軟雞！石鍋上級封門柳飯配溫泉蛋~熱騰騰的石鍋飯，即使在夏天品嚐也是很好的選擇，白飯能飽肚也養胃，配上級封門牛柳肉、溫泉蛋及紫菜，味道與營養都雙贏。 鐵板和風豚肉炒烏冬~腩肉片很有肉鮮，炒烏冬不油膩，我們非常喜歡炒烏冬的醬汁，濃香而不鹹，味道適中。我們的特飲熱杏仁霜、紅豆冰和凍檸蜜，跟餐或小菜有半價優惠，那麼，沒有理由不飲呵！
