To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Sushi Rin 鮨燐 最近試咗一間間超值嘅Omakase 想同大家分享:首先喺門口已經見到原來佢哋而家做緊 「季節限定 14貫壽司Set」六折只需HK$828, 計落都真係幾抵。不過今日就揀咗HK$1,680/位 既Omakase 試下先一開始係「先付三點」,有呢個赤水母昆布、日本柿配西京芥茉籽醬同埋南瓜。之後就係呢一個刺身,都有七款咁多:1)鲛蝶魚:火炙過後中間包住d群邊加埋Wasabi ,個油香同埋質感嫩滑,好味道👍2)北海道牡蠣:食落鮮甜又creamy ,加埋土佐澡和柚子皮,酸酸甜甜,配合上嚟都唔錯。3)針魚;比較厚身而味道偏淡,可以沾埋薑蔥蒜汁一齊食。4)獅魚:有兩塊分開咗兩種食法,一片半肥腩配麵豉醬; 而另一片就火炙,迫出魚油香氣,兩種食法各有特色。5)慢煮鮟鱇魚肝:配柚子和wasabi進食。6)中吞拿:配搭淡雪鹽調味加埋Wasabi7)日本毛蟹肉:拆咗啲蟹肉加上少許紫蘇葉,啖啖肉好鮮甜。和食就有兩款火炙吞拿:火炙過後迫出油份仲夾有日本大蔥碎,非常美味。目光魚:肉質鮮嫩配合油香壽司六貫1) 深海池魚:厚身啖啖肉2) 赤貝加上柚子皮,本身都好新鮮,入口都好清新3)車海老 花

最近試咗一間間超值嘅Omakase 想同大家分享:

首先喺門口已經見到原來佢哋而家做緊 「季節限定 14貫壽司Set」六折只需HK$828, 計落都真係幾抵。

不過今日就揀咗HK$1,680/位 既Omakase 試下先

一開始係「先付三點」,有呢個赤水母昆布、日本柿配西京芥茉籽醬同埋南瓜。之後就係呢一個刺身,都有七款咁多:

壽司六貫
1) 深海池魚:厚身啖啖肉
2) 赤貝加上柚子皮,本身都好新鮮,入口都好清新
3)車海老 花竹蝦
4)金目鮦 火炙後味道香濃
5)北海道白海膽,味道Creamy 😋
6)銀鱈魚加上酸酸甜甜麵豉醋,油份夠之餘而入口好柔軟。

最後就係配埋麵豉湯同埋自家製捈茶奶凍作結~好滿足好美味😋
