To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天同朋友嚟到位於銅鑼灣嘅中菜廳,豫園。顧名思義,餐廳仿照上海豫園裝潢的特色,有煙花別致嘅牌坊,與間隔更顯出上海豫園的輝煌。今天下午我們點了午市點心套餐,食品豐富。舟山海蜇頭—爽好的海蜇頭加上上海的陳醋,道出傳統上的小食嘅味道,而最特別是海蜇勁大件。雞絲拌粉皮—有傳統的味道,勁多一麻醬香,粉皮彈口。鎮江肴肉—小巧晶瑩的鎮江肴肉,濃郁的湯汁與豬肉混淆在一起凝固成晶瑩通透的肴肉。豫園小籠包—每粒精緻的小籠包都包含着我們的湯包和豬肉,每一口也令鮮甜味濃的湯充滿口腔,真是大滿足。原隻鮮蝦餃—鮮蝦肉好彈牙,蝦餃皮爽滑彈口,整粒包得晶瑩結實, 十分好味。清炒蝦仁—回想燒烤整完的學校,拆肉清潔,晶瑩通透,加上韮黃蛋白清炒,味道清幽。獨蒜紅燒肉。蒜子味香,加上肥而不膩,肉質化嫩,味濃多汁,送飯一流。上海炒年糕。彈牙年糕用上傳統醬汁,鮮椰菜和香菜炒至軟身,味道全進入每件年糕內,味感很好。薏米水給了炎熱的下午一陣清涼,特別在這又濕又熱的天氣,一杯薏米水有由內而外的清涼。龍鬚鮮魚絲是套餐以外加點,把桂魚起肉切成條狀,稍微加上香葱韮黃提升桂魚的鮮甜味。富貴火舫是我的最愛,來吃上海菜,怎可錯過,之前吃過的都很好

富貴火舫是我的最愛,來吃上海菜,怎可錯過,之前吃過的都很好,這間也不例外,始終要巧手廚師才能給力,而她特別之處是採用桂花蜜餞,以青瓜隔絕桂花蜜和脆腐皮,色香味俱全。
