餐廳位於銅鑼灣主打的就是中式美食,這天和朋友一同前往,好好享受一下晚餐。醋醬海蜇頭,作為前菜,帶點酸味,開胃之選。原味小籠包,絕對是小籠包的傳奇,皮薄餡靚,薄薄的外皮,內裏卻帶有滿滿的肉汁,簿而不破,正正露出師傅的總工和手藝的高超。無錫豬肉鍋貼,最喜愛鍋貼就是煎得香脆可口的底部,內裏的豬肉餡料,入口肉味香濃,配搭辣椒醬又有另一番風味。雲吞雞,鮮嫩的雞,足足半隻的份量,配搭手工雲吞,單單濃郁的湯底已經令我十分滿足。肉碎欖菜乾煸四季豆,家的味道,不油膩,滿滿的欖菜味。桃膠紅棗桂圓湯,作為晚餐餐的結尾絕對是最佳的選擇,桃膠的滋補和紅棗的滋潤,展露出中國食物的層次。
