To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日聽朋友介紹，大角咀有一間食星馬菜好出名嘅小店，今晚決定帶個老友嚟一齊食食。一去到門口，都有五到六個人排緊隊，為咗食好嘢，等一陣冇所謂啦。入去坐低之後，掙扎緊食喇沙好，定係海南雞飯好。最後我哋大家各自嗌咗喇沙，一個係厚切豬扒，一個係炸雞扒。厚切豬扒👍🏻非常好食，炸得啱啱好，肉質豐富，又juicy. 炸雞扒👍🏻亦都好好食，佢哋對肉類嘅處理非常好，唔會乾爭爭，好食。喇沙👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻真係不得了，全香港我唔敢講，但係喺九龍來講，絕對係我心目中嘅頭兩位。喇沙最緊要係個湯底，味道濃郁，有豐富嘅層次，一定要食。****************👍🏻好食 | 👌🏻可以 | 😔 難食評分 : 9/10簡評 : 九龍一既喇沙
