延續第一次的美味,再次到來品嚐美饌。跟上回一樣,我們要了個二人餐,加些點心。因為沒有魷魚,唯有應店員推薦要了椒鹽牛肚,誰知竟然堅靭到不凡,看來牛肚還是適合蒸煮。鹹水角是懷舊的味道,而蝦餃和牛肉是套餐的點心,牛肉較為出色。燉湯裡有豬、蟲草花、龍眼肉等等,清潤不油,完全就是所有食材的精華濃縮到湯裡。花膠鵝掌飽汁扣得很是入味,厚厚的花膠扒一滑入喉,差點無需咀嚼!菜蔬乃蝦乾魚肚浸時蔬,蝦乾味蚩尤其突顯,就連湯都那麼好喝!炒飯名為鮑一樓金牌炒絲苗,顆顆飯粒炒得分明而不過硬,一如其名,確實一流!紅豆沙向非小人所愛,不過尚算綿滑,仍見到一粒粒的紅豆。唯一要數的就是店子冷氣嚴重不足,幸好後來叫店員開大了,舒適感才肯回歸。
