To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喜歡食甘味,大概是因為自己超愛烏冬,而這裡又能用cash dollars,所以幾乎成為甘味熟客,每次在銅鑼灣想不到食什麼,或是朋友聚會,就不期然想起甘味。可能銅鑼灣太多美食,甘味的平日總是人煙稀少,不過這樣也好,就是貪其安靜,至少沒有一堆自由行在旁大大聲聊天,影響食慾。牛肉麵豉烏冬,湯底有點過鹹,不過湯汁吸入烏冬後,味道就變得剛剛好,牛肉不會煮得太老,份量也能多。每次必點的蕃茄雞絲烏冬,湯底濃稠,蕃茄味濃厚,而且有一片片蕃茄在內,感覺用料豐富,雞絲其實是雞肉條,算是嫩滑,不過整碗的材料太豐盛,每次吃到半碗就投降,飽到不行。蟹籽沙律很一般,如不是優惠價搭配,可以不用點。

牛肉麵豉烏冬,湯底有點過鹹,不過湯汁吸入烏冬後,味道就變得剛剛好,牛肉不會煮得太老,份量也能多。
