To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次同班Friend去咗彩福皇宴撐場，講真，呢度嘅食物真係令人驚喜不斷！首先，嗰兩隻龍蝦煮得啱啱好，軟綿綿嘅淮山麵攞嚟吸曬龍蝦嘅精華，入口即溶，味道鮮甜得嚟唔膩口🦞。而嗰盅足料嘅鷄煲鮑翅，湯頭濃郁，每一啖都食得到嗰股海鮮嘅鮮甜同埋雞湯嘅甘香，實在過癮🍲。記得嗰碟懷舊金獎叉燒，喂～啖啖肉，嘴裡嘅肥瘦比例啱得嚟唔膩，叉燒腍滑得來又唔失嗰份燒味，肚仔忍唔住一塊又一塊😋。而啲美國桶蠔，外皮金黃香脆，裡面鮮美肥嘟嘟，真係太正喇！講到嗰魚香茄子肉鬆煲，味道啱晒我口味，熱辣辣嘅茄子夾埋肉鬆，每一啖都咸香四溢！至於嗰原個椰皇燉燕窩，滋味滿分，食完之後滿足到唔得喇🥥。最後，嗰涷楊支甘露，甜甜地解返個膩，完美收尾！彩福皇宴呢次真係幫我地搞掂咗成場晚餐，每一樣都係心頭好，下次攞定班Friend再嚟過！👍🍴🎉
